The candidate will be...
-Working with some of the largest and most exciting brands in the world designing and building bespoke digital advertising assets including display banners, email creatives and landing pages to improve user engagement and campaign performance.
-Helping to manage and define the client's new visual identity. With a recent re-brand they need a candidate that will push the boundaries of their style guide, working alongside client services and sales they will create marketing collateral that showcases their innovative and forward thinking approach to clients.
-Working with the in-house creative team to research and develop new innovative advertising formats that engage online users more effectively.
-An individual with creative flair and an eye for detail. Someone who also has a firm understanding of user journeys and the creative decisions that affect user engagement and conversion rates.
-History of creating assets for web, this includes experience in photoshop, illustrator and some understanding html, css front-end web development preferred.
-Someone that can think outside of the box, passionately pushing the constraints of the technology and traffic we utilise use rather than working within them.
-Can effectively manage their own time, working towards often tight deadlines set internally and by clients collaborating with other team members to ensure they're met.
-They're a young company, all hungry and very passionate about what they do, they need someone that will bring in that same level of enthusiasm with them every morning.
-Reporting to the Head of Operations you will work alongside another designer/developer to design digital assets for brands ranging from Deliveroo to the British Tourist board. This can cover anything from display banners to entire bespoke sites for clients.
-You will liaise regularly with the client's supply and advertiser teams to produce online creatives that help improve performance, A/B testing concepts and working with client services to monitor the commercial outcome.
-Utilising the latest Brand style guide you will be responsible for creating exciting new marketing collateral to help them stand out in this crowded industry. You will work closely alongside the sales and client services team to shape unique proposals and presentations for prospected clients.
Salary range: £20,000 - £22,000
