Company Description

The agency's journey starts with two French, young professionals; one being an expert marketeer, the other a talented producer. Three years ago, they joined forces to start a young, quirky, content/branding agency.

The company is split between two core departments and focuses; the branding and content side, and the television/documentary series developers. In the former camp, many of the retainer clients are industry giants such as; Google, Samsung, The Tate Britain, and Redbull. For these clients, the agency manages multiple products, projects, departments and offices.

Job Description

This role is be essential as you will be representing the agency with clients and working on strategy with them, as well as following productions internally and managing their delivery.

The successful applicant will have:
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, able to influence key stakeholders at all levels
  • Previous experience as a Project and Account Manager in a creative agency background, working with big brands, managing multiple client accounts and the client-agency relationship
  • Understanding of the creative and production process
  • An impressive knowledge of, and passion for, all things video and digital marketing
  • Understanding of marketing industry trends
  • The ability to plan and strategise at a senior level
  • A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
  • Able to multitask and juggle multiple accounts while still paying sharp attention to detail
  • Computer-proficient – G Suite, experience with CRM software is a plus
  • An awkward sense of humour and an addiction to coffee are also more than welcome
Your responsibilities will be: 
  • Research
- Clients - background, latest news, key decision makers; opportunities - for the company and for clients;
- Industry trends - keep up to date on latest marketing news
 
  • New business support
- Create a yearly client plan to map out opportunities, goals and objectives;
- Collaborate with Strategy director to identify and grow opportunities;
- Provide support to directors whenever needed
 
  • Project management - internal 
- Helping creative team, producers and others through the production process according to the account management process;
- Work very closely with AM/PM teams to ensure all the work delivered is of the highest quality and on time/to budget, with oversight over the production process;
- Understand the client's challenges and opportunities, keeping in touch with competitors' digital marketing activity
 
  • Client side
- Own the day-to-day client relationship, acting as a senior point of contact; present work to client alongside members of the strategy & creative team;
- PM (external / client service);
- Attend project/client briefings alongside other members of the team;
- Attend status meetings with the client and other agencies;
- Develop client relationships and grow the accounts;
- Lead point of contact for all matters to accounts/ projects assign to you (ad hoc);
- Set expectations internally and externally;
- Be the client’s eyes and representation in all meetings (including client meetings)
- Related and ad hoc administration
