This company's mission is to improve connectivity between companies looking to raise capital and investors seeking to deploy it, by creating communities of corporates, SMEs, government entities, advisors, regulators, bankers and funds. It will also look to create a series of industry summits and awards series.
This role will involve being responsible for managing the deliverables for key accounts and to assist in the running of these key accounts both in terms of regular client retention meetings/strategy and new business development. This role is very much for someone who is commercially and target driven. We are looking to grow both our current client accounts and look for oppurtunities of new business. The role will bridge the gap between the commercial directors and junior account managers.
This individual needs to be: bright, well versed and to have a good acumen for business. Confidence to manage projects with internal stake holders and to communicate effectively with clients, ie: managing their expectations is key to this job. You must have industry knowledge and be capable to hit the ground running. Must be committed and passionate about new business development and sales. Must be willing to travel abroad for client meetings.
- Experience in B2B Media Sales is required; within the finance/banking/private equity industry is prefered, although not completely necessary.
- Experience working for a Multi- Platform media brand; prefered.
- Demonstrable evidence of success within new business development
- Confidence and ability to contact and visit current and potential clients.
