Job Description

As the company continues to grow & launch new products, they are looking for a creative yet commercially minded Digital Marketing Associate to assist with PR, marketing and social communications for the company. This person will be tasked with assisting (and possibly leading) projects surrounding the management of all digital marketing and communications, specifically geared towards increasing brand awareness. This role is varied and exciting, ideal for a young marketing graduate who is outgoing, highly driven and customer centric. 

About the Job:
As a Communications & Marketing associate, you will be mainly office based but may occasionally be travelling to create content or meeting with agencies. Working closely with the support from the COO and Delphis Eco Founder in London. The role is varied and may comprise of responsibilities below but not limited to it:
  • Leading all social media channels: writing & creating content strategies, managing campaigns, engaging with customers and growing the brand
  • Digital and direct marketing, running targeted campaigns and follow up activity, recording results
  • Assisting with management of external agency partners, ensuring that agreed deliverables are achieved
  • Sending out information packs and marketing materials
  • Submitting award entries
  • Writing and sending out press releases and e-newsletters
  • Support the development and updating of the website
  • Creating and publishing videos, coordination of photography and other design aspects

You must: 
  • Have creative flair; have a good design eye and sharp eye for detail (Adobe creative suite skills)
  • Have faultless verbal and written communication skills
  • Have a firm grasp of digital communications and the creating engaging brand content
  • Be entrepreneurial and a hustler; you do whatever it takes to get the job done and enjoy being in the trenches
  • Be proactive, ambitious, and assertive; you take ownership of your work and able to think beyond the scope of a given assignment
