Job Description

Are you an enthusiastic, organised and passionate candidate who loves education and wants to coordinate both classroom and online education for thousands of students across the world.

You will be directly responsible for the education of all students. This will involve the recruitment and administration of an academic team consisting of the leading academic minds from across the world. Processes, organised documentation and relationship management are at the heart of this role, and you will work with people in different roles and at all levels.

  • Recruiting teaching and support faculty
  • Researching, designing and producing new curricula to meet the demands of a rapidly changing educational landscape
  • Managing curriculum development and administration alongside the teaching faculty, across the entire portfolio of courses
  • Researching and implementing innovative approaches to education
  • Facilitating the student learning process pre-, post-, and during courses
  • Ensuring that students’ satisfaction with the academic programme exceeds high expectations
  • Guiding the development of admissions criteria and processes
  • Contributing to communication materials to market the programmes to prospective clients
  • Ensuring effective performance management and appraisal systems of education staff and to foster professional development
  • Developing and executing student monitoring and evaluation processes, and implement learnings in future programmes
  • Playing an active role in building community among students during programs and sustaining alumni relations
  • Acting as an administrative and logistical liaison for staff, faculty, and participants during program execution
  • Serving as a key strategist for expanding the current portfolio of residential programs and planning for expansion into online courses
  • Responsible for the education standards and outcomes of the portfolio of programmes; advise, recommend, evaluate and implement policies necessary for compliance purposes
  • Responsible for Health and Safety compliance across programmes
  • Preparing specifications and budgets for the requirements of the subject specific teaching tools and equipment
  • Design and monitor the assessment, reporting and recording of student progress, analysing outcomes and presenting to relevant outside agencies
  • Attend appropriate training conferences and foster your own professional development
  • Construct, implement and evaluate action-planning prompted by inspection visits
  • Ensuring academic enquiries are dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Delivering the most efficient teaching faculty recruitment onboarding process
Qualifications and Skills 
  • Minimum 2 year work experience
  • 2.1 Degree from a Russell Group University
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Strong editing skills
  • Demonstrable experience in working to tight deadlines
  • Strong work ethic and attention to quality and detail
  • Ability to solve problems and successfully engage with appropriate technical and internal resources
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects through highly effective organisational skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently
  • You must be highly organised with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong work ethic
  • IT skills - we’re a very forward-looking education company and expect all of the team to be familiar with using technology such as Google Docs, Wordpress, Asana, Slack
  • Because their target markets are international, you will need to have a mature and flexible approach to your working hours
