Job Description

The ideal candidate is an experienced, digital marketing executive with a passion for account management and delighting your customers. The successful candidate will have experience in managing corporate clients, great IT skills and a strong grasp of what makes compelling digital campaigns, aimed at a senior-level business audience.

The B2B Digital Marketing Manager will be a part of the agency’s growing team and will be responsible for working with on active client campaigns, with some of the biggest names in the technology sector.


Help to deliver digital campaigns and nurture digital accounts by:
  • Implementing new ideas in digital marketing to support company and campaign objectives
  • Implement digital marketing excellence and to use Hubspot for delivery of digital campaigns
  • Helping to create, deliver and report on electronic marketing campaigns using a variety of analytical tools to highlight opportunities, trends, and make suggestions for improving engagement
  • Working directly with clients to establish their aims and objectives with regards to digital marketing
  • Help publish and manage content for the agency’s and client's social media channels including Twitter, Facebook, Google+ and LinkedIn accounts
  • Work with Senior Marketing Manager to help develop quarterly marketing campaign plans to create awareness, to build pipeline and brand awareness for clients and their solutions
  • Monitor schedules/deadlines during all phases of client’s marketing campaign
  • Contribute ideas to the design and creative process, and to work closely with creative team to produce exceptional work
  • Research key customer accounts to identify opportunities in order to influence the direction and messaging
  • Manage and drive attendance to networking industry events for your clients

About you

The successful candidate will be expected to have:
  • At least two years’ experience working in a digital communications environment - preferably B2B – in a client-facing role
  • Confidence to express new ideas and influence people
  • A passion for digital marketing
  • Knowledge of PPC campaigns
  • Excellent written English and the ability to write concise copy where every word counts
  • Demonstrable passion for social media and digital channels
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use feedback to inform how content is produced
  • A knowledge of the enterprise technology sector and how to apply technology benefits and concepts to the market
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in using Excel

  • Be educated to degree level, or CIM qualified
  • A keen interest in technology
  • Have experience in dealing with a demanding workload and juggling multiple projects/brands on a regular basis
  • IT literate, with experience of content management systems, marketing automation systems, and experience with design or development
  • A strong knowledge of HubSpot, and/or other similar marketing automation applications
  • An understanding of event management/Events promotion experience
  • A fun and outgoing personality who enjoys being part of a supportive and growing team
  • A passion for delivering excellent campaigns in a client-facing role
