Job Description

The mission for the MatchMakers / Sales Executives is to match Guests with the perfect home for their stay - this is not a cold calling sales role!

MatchMakers make the magic happen - you will handle inbound requests from our Guests. You will speak to them on the phone, on chat and by email. If you think they should stay in a hotel and not with us, then you should tell them. You will need to really understand their needs, their style and what they will love. You need to be speedy, able to multi-task and focus.

Your targets will include:

  • Hit sales targets of 3X growth
  • Increase conversion every month 
  • Ensure Guests are happy 
You will be part of a friendly, hard-working, competitive team and working in an environment that is focused on learning, improving and delivering.

As the business is growing, they would like to add more language skills and international knowledge to the team - they are now looking for exceptional people who speak French, Italian, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Danish or Hebrew or have in-depth city knowledge of New York, LA, Paris, Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon, Tel Aviv, Berlin and Copenhagen.

About you:
  • You are re excited about being part of a rapidly growing business 
  • You have sales or travel experience 
  • You are positive
  • You speak at least one language at professional level out of French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Danish or Hebrew OR in-depth New York and LA knowledge 
You would need to be available to work Tuesday - Saturday.
