​We are a small business, so to protect what we do and to ensure we get the best outcome for you, when you enlist our services you agree to be bound by the following Ts and Cs:

• 1. You will not approach, email or call any BrighterBox clients without express permission from us.
• 2. If you think you recognise one of the companies advertising a role on BrighterBox, you will not approach them directly. This undermines what we do and undermines any outcome we can get for you.
• 3. You understand that Brighterbox is a small company trying to cope with a huge demand. If you make an application for a role and you do not hear back from us, unfortunately you will not have been successful.  If you would like feedback, you agree to raise this with us directly, by email in the first instance, rather than as a negative online review.
• 4. You agree to the use of your personal data when enlisting our services, for example
• 4a. You agree to give permission to use your video CV(s) to pass on to our clients and/or for our marketing purposes.
• 4b. You agree that we can share your CV and/or application with suitable clients for the purposes of finding you a placement.
• 5. We are an equal opportunities business.
