    Job Description

    Founded by an experienced media creative, this talent production startup brings together the best of both the advertising and talent management worlds. They have created big, bold, and exciting productions such as TV documentaries, Original YouTube series, and countless book deals. They represent some of the biggest names in digital and traditional entertainment, including Netflix presenters and TikTok legends.
      
    They manage careers, commercial deals, and produce non-scripted TV and digital content alongside them. The team may be small now, but they have big dreams and even bigger plans to achieve them!
      
    Due to their continuous growth, they’re currently seeking a new Junior Partnerships Executive to join their Brand Partnership & Business Development team, an essential part of the business. You’ll be responsible for generating new business for their UK and US talent roster. You’ll be making a direct impact to the business by creating and closing new business opportunities as well as assisting the building of business relationships. For you to be a successful candidate you should be a lover of all things in entertainment from YouTube to Netflix and more, whilst also having an interest and desire to be part of the agent side of entertainment. Entertainment doesn’t stop, it’s always changing so being a proactive individual is essential to finding the next best opportunity.
      
    ✅ Your day-to-day responsibilities:
    • Responding to in-bound business enquiries from brands
    • Proactively identify potential opportunities for new or repeat business and act on it
    • Reaching out to brands on behalf of their talent
    • Arranging meetings with brands to discuss current and future business opportunities
    • Build relationships with their roster of talent
    • CRM management, general administration, and invoicing
    • Create and produce marketing materials to share to their partners

    • A love of all thing’s entertainment and popular culture
    • A good understanding of social media, how to leverage and use the platforms
    • Sales and/or business development experience would be highly beneficial
