    Job Description

    This company is a startup investment firm bringing innovative solutions in the fixed income marketplace. Providing strategic buy/sell-side and ongoing advisory services in relation to a wide variety of credit products, they facilitate institutional investment in public and private fixed income assets. Highly tech-driven, with proprietary asset management software being a key component of everything they do, they are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join its fast-growing team.
      
    ✍️ Role overview: As Founder's Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting various functions across the business. From assisting the founders in marketing and business development to recruitment coordination and event management, you'll have the opportunity to contribute directly to the company's growth trajectory.     ✅ What you’re good at:
    • Strong academic background with at least a 2:1 degree
    • Highly literate with strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
    • Ability to maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to prioritise and manage multi-task workflows, with strong administrative skills
    • Ownership mentality with an entrepreneurial mindset

    ⭐️ Bonus points for:
    • Experience in marketing, business development, or event management
    • Familiarity with recruitment processes and coordination
    • Previous office management or administrative experience
