    ✅ Role Overview:
    Join an innovative team as a Sales Account Executive and play a pivotal role in driving sales success while supporting their marketing initiatives. As an integral part of the team, you'll primarily focus on administrative tasks to streamline sales operations and ensure effective marketing support.
     
    ✍️ What You'll Do Best:
    - Manage administrative tasks to support sales operations, including email correspondence, data entry, document preparation, and appointment scheduling.
    - Coordinate site surveys and facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
    - Assist in preparing and managing quotes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients.
    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases and systems (CRM) to facilitate effective sales tracking and follow-up.
    - Monitor and manage sales inquiries and customer communications, providing timely responses and exceptional service.
     
    ⭐️ Bonus Points for:
    - 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or related roles (able to work with high volumes of emails and communications)
    - Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
    - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
    - A technology expert (not afraid to get stuck into new tech, platforms, and industry trends)
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
    - Demonstrated tenacity and a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.
