    Job Description

    With offices in London, Paris, and New York this award-winning property/tech startup is the leading marketplace for flexible retail space. (Think of them as Airbnb for retail spaces). Backed by tier-one venture capital companies, they connect brands with creative spaces across London. 
     
    ✍️ About the role
    • Research brands to develop compelling and tailored value propositions (both existing and  new accounts).
    • Make calls, tailored email campaigns and video meetings with new and existing brands to sell them on specific opportunities 
    • Where necessary, attend viewings to meet brands in order to finalise bookings for specific high value spaces. 
    • Track the performance of specific spaces and find ways to improve their occupancy
    • Utilise your active listening skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to effectively communicate how the company can solve them.
    • Seamlessly handle prospects’ objections and educate them on the company, becoming an industry expert.
    • Hit your personal target of revenue each month.
    • Maintain meticulous notes and tracking of accounts and engagement.

    ✍️ Requirements
    • 3-12 months in a client-facing sales role, preferred but not essential.
    • Ability to clearly sell the business value of a product.
    • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Personable and outgoing, with a sense of fun.
    • A generalist, excited by the prospect of being a part of a fast-scaling business.
    • Results-oriented, motivated, and eager to learn.
