This role in Customer Ops is their entry point for bright graduates into the business.
Previous team members have moved into operations, marketing and even detective positions!
✅ Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Providing inbound support to customers via email, phone or live chat
- Ensuring all support is provided in line with their values and provides an excellent experience
- Using your initiative to resolve a wide variety of issues in the best possible way, based on individual needs
- Identifying trends in feedback to create ways to improve their processes, product or technology
