About the Role We're looking for a Junior Content Creator & Marketing Assistant for an initial three-month placement. The successful candidate will focus on creating engaging content, managing social media (primarily LinkedIn), and showcasing the best outdoor campaigns.
The role involves capturing content on-site at billboard locations and producing creative material to share online. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing and content creation while developing an understanding of the OOH advertising industry.
There is a strong possibility of this position evolving into a permanent role, depending on the success of the placement and mutual fit.
Key Responsibilities• Content Creation: Visit billboard locations to capture high-quality video and photo content, showcasing campaigns and demonstrating Flux Outdoor’s capabilities.
• Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and manage posts on LinkedIn, ensuring the brand is represented professionally and engagingly.
• Marketing Support: Assist with the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, contributing to the overall growth of the brand.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to align content with broader business objectives and support sales and client engagement efforts.
• Research and Insights: Stay informed about trends in OOH advertising and digital marketing to help shape content strategies.
