    Job Description

This company is a Platinum Partner of monday.com.

Their wide-ranging services include implementation, consulting, data migration, custom app development, code writing, and training.

Join a dynamic, fully remote team (initially), where you’ll be hire number 3 in the UK, collaborating closely with colleagues in Israel and the monday.com team in London.

    ✍️ Role overview:

Following their expansion into the UK market, we’re now supporting their hiring of a Customer Success Manager to join their small but mighty UK team and develop lasting client partnerships.

You’ll report into the Head of Operations and work closely with their SDR, who will be passing warm accounts to you. Your job? Drive usage, solve real client problems and grow accounts by thinking commercially – increasing Net Dollar Retention through thoughtful upsell and cross-sell initiatives.

    What you’ll be doing
    • Manage a portfolio of post-sale client accounts, handed over by our UK SDR
    • Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to your customers
    • Drive usage of the monday.com platform and identify new teams for expansion
    • Collaborate with clients to identify problems and propose workflow improvements
    • Look for commercial opportunities to grow each account – new seats, add-ons and upsells
    • Work closely with Ithamar (CSM/IC) to balance technical and strategic support
    • Help us develop repeatable playbooks and best practices for our UK customer base

    ✅ What you’re good at:
    • 1–3 years’ experience in a CSM, account management or customer-facing SaaS role
    • Bonus points if you’ve worked with monday.com or are part of its wider ecosystem
    • A mix of technical and commercial – you love digging into data but also love people
    • Comfortable with Excel or similar data tools – you know your way around a spreadsheet
    • Clear communicator with a problem-solving mindset and commercial intuition
    • UK-based, with flexibility to join occasional in-person meetings in London (likely at the monday.com office)

    ⭐️ The process
    • Initial Zoom call with Heaf of People
    • Take-home task/home assignment
    • In-depth interview with COO (and potentially another team member)
    • Final interview with CEO (possibly joined by a monday.com rep or with a separate follow-up chat)
