    Their wide-ranging services include implementation, consulting, data migration, custom app development, code writing, and training.
     
    Join a dynamic, fully remote team (initially), where you’ll be hire number 3 in the UK, collaborating closely with colleagues in Israel and the monday.com team in London.
     
    ✍️ Role overview:
     
    Following their expansion into the UK market, we’re now supporting their hiring of a Implementation Consultant to join their small but mighty UK team and own technical delivery, ensuring that clients are set up for success from day one. You'll play a key role in onboarding new clients, leading implementations, configuring custom workflows and integrations and ensuring that our clients get the most out of monday.com.

    What you’ll be doing
     
    • Manage end-to-end implementations of monday.com for UK clients
    • Act as project lead: plan onboarding, configuration, custom automations and integrations
    • Build rapport and coach users through webinars, workshops and one-on-one trainings
    • Convert client needs into tailored monday.com solutions, including data migrations
    • Coordinate with monday.com team, balancing technical build and client advocacy
    • Support post-launch success through technical guidance, troubleshooting and improvements

    ✅ What you’re good at:
     
    • 1–3 years in technical implementation, managed services, technical project management or CSM in B2B SaaS
    • Hands-on experience building configurations, workflows, automations and data import
    • Strong client-facing skills – great at translating technical concepts to business users
    • Comfortable with APIs, low-code tools (Make.com/Zapier), Excel and data handling
    • UK-based with flexibility for occasional in-person sessions
