If you’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and interested in the financial services space, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a top-tier M&A intermediary. You’ll support the brokers and senior team behind the scenes – making sure deals run smoothly and clients are managed professionally. The company has had a fantastic year and just moved into a stunning new office on Chancery Lane, complete with gym and plenty of snacks! Previous hires in support roles have stayed long-term and progressed into key senior positions.
What you’ll be doing:• Supporting brokers with client follow-ups and deal preparation
• Managing diaries, CRM systems, and documentation
• Ensuring client communications are timely, accurate, and professional
• Occasionally liaising directly with clients to confirm details or schedule meetings
• Tracking progress across deals and ensuring team members are aligned
• Learning the full M&A process from the ground up
About you:• Meticulously organised and process-driven
• Comfortable working at pace with a high level of accuracy
• Friendly and professional on the phone – you don’t shy away from client conversations
• Degree-educated (finance-related ideal but not essential)
• Good at juggling tasks and staying ahead of deadlines
• Looking to grow into a broader role over time
