Job Description
This performance tech start-up is on a mission to change how strength is measured. Their smart, portable tracking tools work with the equipment people already use — combining sensors and real-time data to bring structure and insight into every rep.
Working with performance coaches, physios and academic institutions, they've built a platform that turns strength training into something measurable, trackable and motivating — whether it's for high-performance sport, rehab or personal fitness.
Now they're looking to raise brand awareness and bring their story to a much wider audience.
The Role A creative and hands-on Marketing Executive is needed to help take things to the next level. Reporting to the Head of Marketing (with support from the founder, Sales and Product), this person will play a key role in building out content, improving visibility and growing the online community.
The role covers a bit of everything — from writing posts and case studies to updating the website and feeding into campaigns. There's space here to shape tone of voice, test new formats and help define how the brand shows up across digital channels.
What They're Looking For
- Someone with at least 6 months of experience in a marketing or content-focused role (in-house or agency).
- Strong writing skills are essential — tone and clarity matter — and some comfort with visual content (or working with designers) would be helpful too.
- An interest in sport, fitness or health tech would be a bonus.
- More than anything, they're looking for someone proactive — someone who can take initiative, ask the right questions and isn't afraid to try things out.
The Setup - Hybrid working (3-4 days in a London office), with a close-knit team and genuine opportunities to grow (muscle, lol).
- You'll have early ownership of content and a real say in how the brand develops.
- There's also the usual start-up stuff — gym time, socials, and full access to the product.
