Role overview This is a brilliant opportunity for a Media Planner Buyer with around 18 months' experience to step up and take ownership of campaigns. You'll be hands-on with paid social activation (especially Meta), while broadening your skills across digital platforms, offline media, and planning. You'll work on projects with a variety of budgets, sending weekly reports, building strong client relationships, and speaking confidently in different registers - whether presenting to clients, reporting to stakeholders, or negotiating with publishers.

What you're good at - Paid social campaign activation (Meta experience essential)
- Managing budgets with precision
- Delivering detailed weekly reports and client updates
- Building strong relationships with clients, media owners, and publishers (including niche sectors like marine)
- Speaking confidently in different registers, adapting to clients, colleagues, and partners
- Maintaining focus and attention to detail on multi-channel campaigns
Bonus points for - Experience with DRTV campaigns
- Google Ads Certification and/or Facebook Blueprint Certified
- IPA qualifications (Commercial Certificate, LegRegs Certificate, Effectiveness Essentials, Digital Performance Certificate)
- A passion for developing new business ideas and proposals
- A thirst for innovation and staying ahead of media trends
