    Role overview
     
    This is a sales role at its core, ideal for someone early in their career who's confident, outgoing and enjoys building relationships.

    You'll be speaking with brands and agencies, helping them understand how to run smarter digital campaigns, pitching ideas and learning how to manage client relationships from day one.

    You'll be supported by an experienced team but given real responsibility early - perfect if you're keen to develop commercial skills quickly and earn well through commission.

    What you're good at
     
    • A confident communicator - you enjoy talking to new people and building rapport
    • Strong language skills - business fluent in Spanish 
    • Naturally persuasive, with an interest in sales or client-facing roles
    • Comfortable presenting ideas, even if you're still learning
    • Proactive and driven - you want to hit targets and earn commission
    • Organised and able to manage multiple conversations at once
     
    What you'll be doing
     
    • Reaching out to brands and agencies to introduce the platform and its offering
    • Supporting pitches and presentations for digital campaigns
    • Building relationships with new clients and learning how to manage accountsHelping clients understand how to improve their content and social strategies
    • Attending events, meetings and client socials
    • Working closely with senior team members to develop your sales skillsKeeping track of conversations and opportunities in the pipeline
