Role overviewThis is a client-facing role where you'll sit right at the heart of the business - building relationships, keeping users engaged, and helping paying customers get real value from the platform. You'll be speaking to clients regularly, spotting opportunities to improve their experience, and feeding insights back into the product. It's a mix of relationship management, problem-solving, and commercial thinking.
You'll also get involved in creative projects like events and new ideas to keep the platform fresh. No idea is a bad idea here - the weirder (and better thought through), the better.
Small, ambitious team with a "silly but serious" mindset - they care about doing great work but don't take themselves too seriously. It's a proper startup environment, so you'll be trusted early, given ownership, and expected to get stuck in.
What you're good at (key skills) - Confident communicator - happy speaking to clients on calls, email, or in person
- Naturally curious - you ask questions and want to understand how things work
- Commercially aware - you spot opportunities, not just problems
- Organised and proactive - you don't wait to be told what to do
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where things evolve quickly
