Job Description
Most early careers jobs ask you to choose between doing something meaningful and accelerating your career. This isn't one of them.
We're recruiting on behalf of one of London's fastest-growing mission-driven organisations.
Over the last few years they've grown rapidly, built an exceptional team and have ambitious plans for the future. They're now looking for bright, ambitious graduates and early-career professionals who want to take on real responsibility from day one.
This isn't the sort of place where you'll spend two years watching from the sidelines. If you're good, you'll be trusted quickly.
The opportunityAs an Operations Associate, you'll help keep a growing organisation running smoothly.
You'll work across a variety of operational projects, supporting the teams that deliver the organisation's work day-to-day. It's a broad role with plenty of variety, giving you the chance to take ownership, work directly with senior colleagues and develop a wide range of skills.
Typical responsibilities might include:
- Coordinating projects, programmes and day-to-day operations.
- Managing schedules, resources and competing priorities.
- Working closely with colleagues, partners and external stakeholders.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of key initiatives and events.
- Using data and feedback to improve processes and ways of working.
- Helping solve operational challenges as the organisation continues to grow.
The common thread? Keeping things organised, solving problems and making sure everything runs smoothly.
About youWe're looking for people who are:
- Graduates or within 1-3 years of starting their career.
- Bright, ambitious and full of initiative.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Great communicators who enjoy working with a wide range of people.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and taking ownership of their work.
- Excited by the idea of working in a fast-paced environment where you'll have a genuine impact.
Strong academics are certainly valued (many of the team studied at Russell Group universities), but we're equally interested in people who've shown drive outside the lecture theatre.
If you've played football (e.g. for your university, local club or similar), that's a bonus - but by no means essential.
What's on offer? - £28,000-£40,000 depending on experience.
- A genuinely supportive, high-performing team.
- Significant responsibility from the outset.
- Clear opportunities to develop as the organisation continues to grow.
- The chance to build a career whilst making a tangible difference every day.
If you're looking for somewhere you'll be challenged, trusted and able to make an impact from day one, we'd love to hear from you.
