Go Instore is a unique technology that is quickly closing the gap between the online and offline worlds. Growing significantly during the lockdown period, as retailers turn to new ways of selling their products, Go Instore have partnered with global brands including Dyson, Porsche, Cartier and Currys to deliver immersive customer experiences through the use of smartphones (and glasses) to enable live in-store video streaming.
BrighterBox began working with the founders Aman and Andre when Go Instore was in its first product iteration, still pre-launch and looking for their first commercial hire, a junior Sales Development Rep to help the founders set up meetings with prospective clients.
Without a Head of Talent but with a pressing need for a quick turnaround, due to a period of rapid growth during the coronavirus pandemic, Go Instore needed a recruitment partner who were flexible enough to support their hiring across a range of functions whilst ensuring the company values were matched consistently with each new recruit.
Tasked with 8 different role profiles, we have been able to support with new team members across: New Business, Marketing, Implementations, Customer Success, Product, UX, Service Support Engineer and Data Analysis.
Fast forward 4 years and their first hire, Jeremy, is now the Global Business Development Lead, having made a key contribution to their success.
