Recently announced as the Startups100 Top Startup of the Year 2020, Trouva is an online marketplace for brick-and-mortar independent boutique shops who sell unique and hard-to-find pieces.
In the early stages of the business, the retail market’s seasonality meant that Trouva saw a huge increase in demand around the holiday period and needed to expand the Customer Experience team quickly. Given the immediacy of the hire and without a recognised brand at this stage, Trouva needed to attract bright grads with exceptional EQ, problem-solving skills and experience dealing with customers.
After successfully supporting this recruitment drive, we partnered with Trouva’s internal talent team on additional briefs ranging from Brand to Business Development, including multi-lingual hires in German, Spanish, French and Italian.
