    ✍️ Your day-to-day responsibilities:
    • Supporting with probation processes
    • Managing leaver processes from resignation to last day and scheduling exit interviews
    • Creating contracts/letters confirming changes
    • Updating payroll spreadsheets with changes for the month ensuring relevant changes are captured on HR link and communicated to employee
    • Ensuring payroll deadlines are met
    • Managing performance review comms and reporting for HODs
    • Supporting Advisors with signposting and providing training details
    • Supporting with induction
    • Taking lead on rewards and benefits
    About you: 
    • You’re passionate about creating the best experience for their employees on every step of their journey with them
    • You excited to drive your own development and are keen to build your HR career, interested in experiencing all areas of what they do
    • You’re organised, a demon for systems and detail, and can spot an error in data a mile off
    • Super analytical with a commercial brain, you have great market research skills and are ready to use them to best inform the business how to stay competitive from an employee rewards perspective
    • You understand the confidential and sensitive nature of what they do and how critical getting the basics right is
    • You’re proactive and understand the importance of deadlines, able to prioritise and flex when there are multiple things on your plate
