    About the role:
     
    They're looking for an exceptional Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help rapidly scale the business. The SDR is the first human interaction many leads will have, so confidently representing the company, the way they do business and their values is fundamental. Crucially, this role sets the tone for the ongoing relationship partners will have with the business.
     
     
    ⭐️ About you:
     
    • Motivated – both financially and in terms of career progression – and keen to progress into an Account Executive position without 12 months.
    • All hands on deck mentality with a desire to join a small, growing software business where you can see the real impact of your work.
    • Confident and friendly: representing the business and being the first point-of-contact. 
    • Smart (we know you are). But if you can see yourself chatting payments and FinTech, this one's for you.
     
     
    ✍️ Responsibilities:
    • Engage with new prospects over the phone and email to create interest
    • Create a great first impression and secure meetings for prospective clients
    • Generate a quality pipeline of prospective customers through outbound calls and marketing activity
    • Work closely with the VP of Sales and 2 other Account Executives to help manage the pre-sale process
    • Help drive growth and forge the new business sales process

    • Excellent communication skills: The way you communicate is concise, focused and to-the-point.
    • Resourcefulness: You use your own initiative to get to your targets rather than waiting around for someone to give you direction.
    • Comfortable calling and high sales activity: Reaching out via phone & email to 30 - 40 new people per day.
    • Comfortable in a start-up environment: You approach failure and rejection (a staple in Sales and startups) as an opportunity to learn, reflect on your way of doing things constantly and are committed to improving.

    • Salary range £25,000 - £30,000 + uncapped OTE (+£10,000 realistic)
