The mission for the MatchMakers / Sales Executives is to match Guests with the perfect home for their stay - this is not a cold calling sales role!
MatchMakers make the magic happen - you will handle inbound requests from our Guests. You will speak to them on the phone, on chat and by email. If you think they should stay in a hotel and not with us, then you should tell them. You will need to really understand their needs, their style and what they will love. You need to be speedy, able to multi-task and focus.
