    Job Description

    The successful candidate would be reporting to the Company Director. This agency is looking for the Project Coordinator to be a proactive, energetic person who is keen to get stuck in at all levels.

    Your responsibilities:
    • Proposal assistance
    • Managing responses to general inquiries from clients (both new and existing)
    • Managing the diary in terms of booking in meetings, forwarding links and organising meetings with clients
    • Attending & supporting meetings and taking notes
    • Maintaining client relationships
    • Working closely with partner brands
    • Providing outstanding customer service
    • Uploading all documents to the CRM system
    • Locating important documents on the system
    • You will receive training, coaching and personal development
    • General administration
    Requirements:
    • Enthusiastic, ready to learn and willing to roll up their sleeves
    • Excellent copywriting abilities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 programmes
    • Experience using Mailchimp
    • Desirable: understanding and use of Adobe CC (particularly InDesign and Photoshop)
    • Collaborative work ethic
    • Self-motivated
