They are looking for an enthusiastic relationship manager to work with our small team, brands and freelancers at an exciting time as we scale the business up.
 

Job Description

This role will combines marketing and sales, with a 30/70 split of time between these responsibilities. 

You'll be responsible for: 
  • Working with their brands to on-board them, training them on using the platform, assisting in posting new projects and making hires
  • Managing active projects through Internal CRM systems
  • Helping with outreach to new brands, primarily through LinkedIn, but also through cold-calling and emailing
  • Regularly posting of owned content on LinkedIn, engaging with other users and sharing ‘snippets’
  • Increasing presence and activity across key LinkedIn Groups
  • Attending events, expositions, and seminars
  • General administrative and operational tasks
 
About you: 
  • Social person with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication both written and verbal
  • Creative and able to use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to meet deadlines
  • Flexibility (this is a startup company) 
  • Maintaining a positive attitude that inspires co-workers and users
  • Prior customer support or marketing experience (desirable)
