    Job Description

    As the light at the end of the tunnel through the pandemic begins to brighten, they are building our support team to take on the growing volume of orders coming through. They need a couple of customer support specialists to join their support team. Your job will be to manage live orders, support users on their platform and build relationships with construction professionals.

    ✅ Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
    • Manage live orders at each stage
    • Respond to user support calls, live chats and emails
    • Support users through a project and platform related issues, ensuring expectations are managed
    • Compile and analyse reports on the company's platform
    • Build long standing relationships with supply-side users
    • Run and analyse growth tests on different parts of the business
    • Plenty of opportunities to dive into other parts of the commercial team, such as sales, onboarding and marketing (according to ability) Requirements
    About you:
    • 1+ years experience at a desk job
    • Systematic and efficient
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
    • Excellent written and verbal communications, including confidence on the phone
    • Ability to learn quickly from peers and apply these learnings
    • Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and implement lasting solutions
    • Proactively make suggestions during team meetings
    • Enjoy working in a small team environment
    • Dynamic and adaptable to the fast-paced startup environment where you will have to wear many different hats in the same day
    • Comfortable giving and receiving candid feedback regularly
