    Job Description

    This tech consultancy helps universities and charities with web accessibility, making their websites and web experiences more inclusive – and are looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to help with their comms output and tell more of their client success stories.
     
    As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our marketing efforts, contributing to the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for various aspects of marketing, including market research, content creation, social media management, and event planning, among others.
     
    ✅ Key Responsibilities:
    • University Market Research - Target Audience Development:
      • Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences and market trends.
      • Utilise data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and messaging.
    • Newsletters:
      • Create engaging and informative newsletters for their audience.
      • Manage email campaigns to deliver relevant content and promotions.
    • Social Media - LinkedIn Mainly:
      • Oversee and maintain our LinkedIn presence, ensuring a consistent brand image.
      • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility.
    • KPI Tracking:
      • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
      • Provide regular reports and analysis to inform decision-making.
    • Content Creation with Partners:
      • Collaborate with partners to create compelling marketing content.
      • Develop and curate content that resonates with their target audience.
    • Event Planning and Running:
      • Plan, organise, and execute marketing events, including webinars, conferences, and workshops.
      • Coordinate logistics, promotions, and post-event follow-ups.
    • Brand Development:
      • Contribute to the development and maintenance of their brand identity.
      • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
    • Management of CRM:
      • Manage and maintain their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
      • Use CRM data to personalise marketing strategies and improve customer relations.
    ✅ Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Some experience in a marketing role.
    • Proficiency in market research tools and techniques.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
    • Experience with CRM systems and KPI tracking.
    • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
    • Exceptional project management and organisational skills.
    • A passion for marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
