    Job Description

With offices in London, Paris, and New York, this award-winning PropTech startup is the leading marketplace for flexible retail space. Think of them as Airbnb…but for retail spaces! Backed by tier-one venture capital companies, they connect brands with creative spaces across London, so if you’re looking to rent shops, markets or pop up stores, this innovative company has got you covered!

    ✍️ What they’re looking for:

Our client is seeking a motivated, hungry sales professional who is ready to take an opportunity in an exciting start-up. The company is building their sales team, which will be growing rapidly over the coming year. They want to hire someone who is flexible, independent, and passionate about tech, innovation, and business growth. If this sounds like you, then you will do fantastically here. As a BDR you will be the first point of contact for the clients, and pivotal to the company’s success. You will be responsible for creating new qualified sales opportunities in target accounts, speaking to new clients, and managing the sales funnel. This is an English-French speaking role, since a portion of the job requires liaising with the Paris team, with potential to travel.

    ✍️ About the role

    • Research brands to develop compelling and tailored value propositions (both existing and net new accounts).
    • Identify and build relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Conduct calls with relevant clients in new and existing accounts.
    • Utilise your active listening skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to effectively communicate how the company can solve them.
    • Seamlessly handle prospects’ objections and educate them on the company, becoming an industry expert.
    • Consistently achieve a quota to ensure territory revenue and growth objectives.
    • Hit your personal target of Sales Qualified Leads (quota) each month.
    • Maintain meticulous notes and tracking of accounts and engagement.
    ✍️ Requirements

    • 3 -12 months in a client-facing, sales role preferred but not essential.
    • Ability to clearly sell the business value of a product.
    • Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Personable and outgoing, with a sense of fun.
    • A generalist, excited by the prospect of being a part of a fast-scaling business.
    • Results-oriented, motivated, and eager to learn.
    • French speaking: required to be in comms with the Paris team.
    ⭐️ Benefits
    • Scale with the business: this role offers the potential to have an incredible career trajectory.
    • Work with different teams, across different projects.
    • The best idea wins: whether you’re an intern or the CTO, if you can make the case for it, they’ll make it happen.
    • Opportunities and budget for personal learning development.
    • Great location: they’re right next door to two of the best food markets in London, and in your first week, they’ll send you out with different teams to show you the best eating spots.
