    ✍️ Role overview

    As a Customer Success Executive, you'll play a key role in strengthening relationships with clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, and providing ongoing support to help customers maximise the value of the platform. Your mission is to turn customers into advocates while ensuring they receive a best-in-class experience.
