This team works with ambitious consumer brands looking to scale on TikTok Shop. They blend data and creativity to build high-performing affiliate strategies.
Role overview You'll help shape affiliate strategies that drive meaningful GMV. You'll dig into content themes, study what converts, and turn trends into practical recommendations. You'll work closely with a Senior Affiliate Manager to forecast performance, advise on creator investment and build clear reports for brand partners.

What you're good at - Highly confident with data, able to interpret metrics and translate them into actionable
recommendations
