Job Description

We’re building a boxing conditioning gym designed for people who want more than a standard workout. High-intensity training, serious atmosphere and a strong sense of belonging, all wrapped up in a brand built to scale.

Backed by a wider rollout strategy and recent moves that signal major growth across the UK and Ireland, this is a business with big ambition. Think category-defining fitness brands that blend competition, community and culture. That’s the level we’re aiming for.

We’re now looking for our first marketing hire; someone hands-on, creative and full of energy, who wants to help shape how the brand grows from day one.

You’ll work closely with the founder, with real freedom to experiment, move fast and build momentum both online and inside the gym.


What you’ll be doing
 

• Building a bold, high-impact social presence across TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Filming and editing punchy boxing and conditioning content that captures intensity, sweat and atmosphere (shot on your phone is perfect; polished isn’t the point)
• Creating hype around new programmes, launches, partnerships, merch and events
• Coming up with smart, low-cost ideas that drive footfall and grow a loyal community
• Owning the content calendar and keeping the brand voice confident, sharp and consistent
• Tracking performance and engagement, doubling down on what works and cutting what doesn’t
• Working closely with the founder on wider brand, community and growth strategy

What we’re looking for

• Big energy and self-starter mentality; you spot opportunities and act on them
• Creative and resourceful, comfortable testing ideas quickly
• Strong instincts for social; you understand what cuts through in the fitness and performance space
• Happy filming on the gym floor and being part of the community, not watching from the sidelines
• A natural storyteller, visually and in writing
• Low ego, high output; excited to help build something from the ground up
• Experience helps, but mindset, taste and drive matter more
