Headquartered in London with further offices in San Francisco, Hong Kong, Bogotá, Seoul, Tokyo, New York and Dublin, this international investor in private equity, real assets and debt invests on behalf of institutional investors.
This position is responsible for the content accuracy, marketing compliance and process management of external marketing content. Specifically, this covers PowerPoint slides, product pitchbooks, research papers and product factsheets. It also requires the cross-checking of quarterly performance and FUM data updates.
The role holder will work closely with the Presentations Executive and Design Executive in the Marketing team to oversee and manage the monthly and quarterly compliance process, including record keeping. In addition, they will work with colleagues in other teams to provide guidance on the marketing compliance of research materials and ad hoc external content, such as third-party videos or authored articles.
There is a high level of daily engagement with other teams and offices as well as the global compliance function. The role works particularly closely with members of the Marketing, Research, Investment, Operations and Compliance teams.
The role is based in London and will report to the Global Head of Marketing and Communications.
Knowledge and Experience Required
- Numeracy and familiarity with performance data, preferably in private equity or private assets is essential
- Attention to detail
- Process oriented
- Experience in a marketing content role that has required coordination with other teams and end-to-end process management
