    Job Description

    This company is an investment management firm in the City, with offices the world-over. They have a history of providing clients with investment strategies across private equity, debt, real assets and infrastructure.

    ✍️ The role:

    This is a rotational graduate training programme in Investment Operations, covering the following: -
     
    Onboarding and Transactions
    • Onboarding various types of strategies, clients and funds
    • Building key relationships across the business and with Administrators
    • Key risks and controls for data capture
    • Oversee cash transactions from the Pantheon funds and underlying investments
    Valuations & Company Data
    • Overseeing all GP and investment level figures via annual; quarterly reports
    • Providing board meeting materials to support Valuation Committee
    • Supporting annual Audit queries and ESG data
    • Overseeing the underlying company performance and ensure captured within Operating system accurately
    Transaction Control
    • Ensuring all transactional data reconciles to the administrators to set deadlines
    • Working across Operations to ensure data availability to perform controls
    • Ensuring underlying investment data corresponds to the Operating system
    Client Reporting
    • Preparing and validating all Pantheon fund and client reports prior to release
    • Working closely with deal team ahead of sign off for all Pantheon fund reports
    • Supporting client requests for valuations reports, transactions statements and client investment summaries

    ✔️ Knowledge and experience required:
    • Interest in the the asset management and Private Market industry;
    • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion and judgement;
    • Strong operational and organisations skills and a high level of initiative;
    • Any evidence of extra-curricular activities is essential;
    • Ability to work under pressure ;
    • Excellent written and verbal skills;
    • Proficiency with computers and software packages; in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Educated to degree level is essential
