This fast-growing fintech startup has created a hub to help Muslims (and non-Muslims!) with their investments, personal finance, and entrepreneurial journeys. Their aim to uplift an often-underrepresented community is well on the way, with their site reaching millions of visits a year.
  
Traffic records are being broken every month and a big, global mission lies ahead for this company.
  
They are now looking for  Growth Hacker to join their growing Product team, if you’ve got a creative side and love experimenting with ideas, this could be the role for you!
  
✔️ Responsibilities:
  

• Develop and execute experiments to improve website and app conversion rates – be as creative as possible!
• Analyse website and app performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
• Work with product and marketing teams to implement successful experiments and make data-driven decisions.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of experiments and provide recommendations for further improvement.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide growth initiatives.

  
✔️ Requirements:
  

• Some experience running an online business or conducting digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw intelligent conclusions from data and identify trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, or other analytical tools.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• An understanding of business and marketing (i.e. from a degree) is beneficial.
