    ✍️ Role overview: This role exists to maximise engagement and interaction of ads through creative brainstorming and designing conversational ads for the UK market. The candidate will provide both design and copywriting expertise to enhance client briefs and ensure top-tier ad performance.
    The company boasts a vibrant culture, emphasising fun, fast, and simple creative processes. Located in the heart of London’s tech hub, the office offers a collaborative environment with various modern amenities. Working on online ad campaigns for Netflix, Adidas and BMW (to name a few!), this is the perfect opportunity for a graphic designer with excellent writing skills to join a fast-expanding creative adtech startup!
    What you’re good at:
    • Creative brainstorming and ideation
    • Experience using Adobe Suite, CSS, and Photoshop
    • Design and copywriting
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
    • Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
    • Experience from the advertising industry or a relevant degree
    • Comfortable or even proficient with data, ad-technology and reporting
    • Comfortable with client facing interactions of various kinds
    • Coming up with ideas and concepts on the spot
    • Ability to convince, pitch, and be an ambassador for interactive solutions
    ⭐️ Bonus points for:
    • Experience with conversational ad platforms
    • Graphic design skills for website banners and adverts
    • Previous experience in adtech or related industries.
    • Familiarity with interactive advertising platforms.
    • Proven track record of successful data-driven storytelling.
    • Knowledge of UK advertising standards and trends
    • Familiarity with ad performance metrics and optimisation techniques
