Key responsibilities:

Event graphic design (60%):
  • Assist with the design, the look and feel for immersive, experiential learning events and sessions
  • Design key project documents, notably conceptual designs that bring session design to life for clients and stakeholders
  • Produce supporting materials for learning materials for learning sessions and experiences, e.g. presentations, print collateral, animations, ideation sessions, etc.
  • Design project-related collateral and deliverables, e.g. infographics, visual white papers, presentations, reports, etc.
  • Design supporting materials for workshops and other relevant client interactions
  • Create showreels, teasers and event intro videos for clients and event participants 
Asset development and team support (40%):
  • Support the Creative Design Lead in creating commercial and social media assets for relevant platforms
  • Work with the team to develop internal assets, e.g. handbooks, guides and other visual materials
  • Ensure company branding and collateral are appropriately used in all client and internal documents
  • Contribute to, and support, the team when required
Skills and experience:
  • Strong creative and visualisation skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite, e.g. InDesign and Illustrator
  • Experience in video editing and design
  • Proactive in approach and takes initiative
  • Analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems
  • Honest, open and cooperative
  • Positive, able to make a contribution to the team and environment in which they operate
  • Attentive to detail with high-quality communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment
