  • The brand is making boxing entertaining for the 21st century audience. Aiming to create a brand that connects with youth culture whilst also designing a transparent form of boxing intended to give chances in the sport.
  • Ambassadors include Ricky Hatton, Pauli Malignaggi amongst others. With only a small but growing team headed up in Manchester they are looking for a driven Influencer Manager to head up this fantastic opportunity and help build a major part of the business.

Job Description

Responsibilities will include:
  • Research and identification of suitable influencers across a wide range of audience types
  • Build and maintain healthy talent influencer relationships
  • Complete end to end relationship management with influencers, from initial outreach emails to processing payments
  • Input into creative campaign ideas and strategies to build global brand awareness
  • Use tools such as Excel and Google analytics to analyse and report on influencer performance
  • Liaise with Content, Social, Campaign and Digital teams to execute 360 marketing campaigns and amplify influencer coverage
  • Create campaigns for partners to assists driving commercial value
  • Support the PR Team with adhoc tasks, including the organisation and managements of PR events
  • Consistently represent the company well with a polished, strategic and thoughtful approach
  • Grow the companies brand aggressively over the next 12 months through Influencer campaigns, strategically designed to grow our social following, drive viewing figures and sell tickets to upcoming shows.
Requirements:
  • An understanding of how influencers can play a key role in building brand awareness, affinity, content creation and driving commercial value for brands
  • Knowledge of both current and emerging global platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Tik Tok etc
  • Must keep abreast of new changes in the market
  • A proactive self-starter with a problem solving attitude
  • Great time management skills and attention to detail essential
