    They need a self-starting, sociable and creative sales wizard who can help them grow, support and delight their members, from introduction to conversion to retention. They don’t settle for anything less than the best possible service, and they need someone creative, exciting, diligent and smart who feels the same.

    The role:

    The Account Manager is the eyes and ears of the whole operation - you’ll know everyone and everyone will know you - you’ll be responsible for growing our membership, maintaining fantastic relationships with their members and coming up with new ways to improve everything they do.

    ✅ Your day to day responsibilities will include:

    • Finding amazing leads that fit our community well, be that online or at an event 
    • Touring potential member arund their spaces and following up with them, leading to high conversion rates
    • be the first port of call for their members regarding their memberships plans
    • Helping their members make the most of the community
    • Regulr check ups to feedback to the community team

    ✅ About You:
    • 1 years experience in a people facing role
    • Experience in business development, tracking targets and understanding conversion rates
    • Process driven and powered by results
